    The staff here are so friendly and helpful. They sincerely love the animals that come and visit and will ask if they can give them treats. The prices are comparable to any other retailer. I will keep coming back.

    Amazing customer service. We had issues with our cat having crystals and the girl we spoke to was very knowlegable, friendly and helpful - and best of all not pushy! Thanks for the service

    Nice, friendly, and helpful staff. Brought our puppy in to try to find toys she would like and puppy got a treat to eat at the end of our shopping. Looks much different inside now, looks more up to date.
