  All in all a good location, close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to a small mall with a grocery store, drug store, liquor store, clothing etc. Clean rooms with everything you need, however the insulation in our room was "bad" you could hear everything. We had brought our dogs which the hotel was aware of when we booked in advance, as they are a pet friendly hotel which is awesome. This was a top priority for us. Those of you as "pet owners" know what we mean when I say dogs hear everything and will "bark", it is just their nature. So it was ruff for us having the dogs hear sounds from the rooms above. They are used to staying in hotels and we have never had this issue before. The hotel was also under renovations so it was a little disappointing when we arrived. Would have been nice to have seen that posted on their wed site or told when booking the room. The breakfast room was finished and on the basement floor it was lovely, clean and a decent selection of items. Hard boiled eggs, you could make pancakes, toast, there was cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit. Breaky was perfect for us...

  Lobby was under renovation so not at its best but staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was on the south side and there was an equipment rental next door which proved to be a bit noisy early in the morning. Room was clean and well appointed.

  Very large selection for breakfast. Has pool, sauna, and hot tub. Price very friendly. Stayed there around New Years time instead of Vancouver because of price. 20 minute drive was a better deal for me than paying Vancouver prices. There was construction going on on the bottom floor, but looks like they book people top down so I wasn't bothered by it.

  Very friendly and helpful staff! The only complaint would be that we were right next to the elevator and could hear it all night. Otherwise, great stay with A very nice meal at the Red Rose Restaurant with 10% off for staying at the hotel. Thank you for making our out of country stay an enjoyable one!

  Not the best or the worst place I've stayed. A fairly average hotel. If you need a place to sleep for the night, the beds are comfortable, and the hotel is fairly quiet. Close to a number of decent restaurants.
