    Came in to check out some books, not gold, just multiple pieces of paper put together . The shrek looking libriarian was extremely rude when my card needed an updated address and I didn't have id but informed her I could verify all the info . Down right demeaning tone and gave me a lecture instead of simply stating without id I couldn't loan out the books .
