  2. Brought my mom as a guest and cashier turned nasty because she didn't have a membership. Her attitude turned rude and bullied my mom and I. She yelled at the top of her lungs for a supervisor to come over when I asked a question that she didn't agree with. The (female) supervisor was also rude and sarcastic. Another (male) supervisor came to gang up! At this point I called the main store manager and at least she was decent. I don't know why they would keep such bully people around to run this Costco. First time I got a bad impression from this company.

  It's a great Costco but it is way too congested in there. They made the parking lot bigger which is nice but you pay for it once you get in the store. It's a zoo the whole store is a lineup and after 5 minutes you want to start punching everyone in the face.

  Another massive store that has everything you could ever want, from veggies to electronics. Awesome return policies on pretty much everything they sell, so you don't have to worry at all about big ticket items if there's something wrong with them. Downside is it requires a membership, and it's always packed full of people. Hard to find parking. Places like this have also destroyed small businesses in the areas they come to. I personally don't have a moral dilemma with shopping here as it's simplicity and return policies are great.

  1. BOUGHT top of the line tires for $800 plus. Came in for a tire rotation and got shafted with poor service. The guy just tightened some bolts but had my car parked OUTSIDE the repair shop and sent me on my way without anything else. Tire rotation is included in the price and I got none of that.

  3. There's some crazy customers here. When it gets busy, it's like a zoo of people. There was this guy that was racing with his cart to exit the store and went to cut me off. I didn't let it happen because the line was long and very busy plus he was very rude about it.

  I come here about once a week. Well stocked, fairly clean, and staff is friendly. Good luck finding parking on the weekends. Best to come here during a week day. Don't forget to stop by the food court to grab a hotdog.
