  I recently had to take my car into Dales for repairs needed for a safety. They were so friendly and helpful and did a wonderful job. It's nice to find a place that go above and beyond and that you feel you can trust. I will definitely continue taking my car there and recommend them to others.

  Had a few vehicles serviced here good overall experience when dealing with Darryl T. otherwise not that great. Had a rather large rag left in my engine compartment near the serpentine belt. Noticed when I got home brought it to their attention the next didn’t seem to be a big deal to the rep I spoke to which is concerning. I’ve had the diagnostic fee waived if I had the work done there, especially if you are spending a few thousand but sometimes not depends on who you deal with.

  As far as automotive repairs go my experience with Dales has been consistently excellent! Everything is done right the first time and on time. Perhaps they could conceivably improve their service by rolling out a red-carpet for their customers, and have pretty girls serve complimentary cocktails.

  Daryl and Eric are standup guy's that I'm comfortable recommending. They treated me with respect and put up with all my stupid questions and when I did have issues they dealt with them right away and made every effort to rectify the problem for me.
