  Attended a kids Birthday party here and our 2 young boys had a great time, so we decided to book for our 6 year olds birthday this past weekend. Staff was friendly once we arrived. Unfortunately the organization and preparation on their part was a complete mess. They were booked completely with no grace period in between parties to organize seating or clean up for new arrivals. We provided a deposit and details with number of guests as well as pre ordering food & drinks weeks in advance and we double checked everything with them prior to the weekend of our Party. They scrambled to set up tables while our group just stood around and waited patiently. We got the kids set up for bowling, I asked Mike when we could expect our appys and he said they would be out shortly! We waited and waited and waited for our food which we pre ordered in advance. We noticed a party that showed up about half an hour after us and was getting food delivered to their table immediately several dishes that weren’t even being touched. Now it’s time for the kids to eat. Orders of pizza and chicken strips! All the kids get their food except for my youngest son who sat there while everyone ate their meals some kids noticed and adorably shared fries with him. When I asked Mike where the last order of food was he said it was spilled on the floor during preparation. So we had to wait another 20 mins for chicken strips and fries!!!??? Finally the order comes out now my son is eating by himself while the rest of the group is back to bowling. Our food did not come out until there was about 20 mins remaining til the end of our party. We spoke to Mike and the older gentlemen behind the counter about all the poor service and lack of organization and we were told “we are fully booked and we are unable to keep up and that in this situation someone has to be unhappy” I guess we were the chosen ones in this situation. The only thing that went somewhat successfully here was the cake ceremony only because we brought our own cake & candles. Unfortunately there wasn’t a knife available to cut the cake and serve the kids for about 20 mins cause no one had done the dishes in the back!!! Fast forward to settling the bill with the Extremely polite and courteous girl behind the counter who noticed we were upset and did everything she could to help! she said she just recently got hired there. Everything on our bill was incorrect with multiple charges for food we did not order. We had to go over the entire bill again Before we settled. I hope this helps anyone considering booking this venue for a kids party.

  Been going for years and always had a good experience but last time we went we paid for a hour and before the time was up the lady who worked there told us to hurry up and finish because someone else was playing. If you pay for a hour you should be able to play for a hour especially when you are with your wife and daughter.

  Great place for family activities as well as birthday party! Good staffs! They also provides snacks!

  I had a great time here. Sure the balls are a little dinged but the food is great. I was a little worried about paying $16 for nachos plus another $4 for beef. But when they came I was blown away at the huge amount of nachos. They didn't cheap out. There was 2 or 3 layers of cheese. But truly, there was so many toppings that all the chips were covered.
