    I went here to get my road bike fixed. My bike's front derailleur needed some adjustment, as the chain was rubbing against it, producing an awful sound. I went to a different bike shop service before and pointed out the same problem that my bike was producing a weird sound. The mechanic said, "oh that's normal because your bike is new". I wasn't convinced.
