  The worst place ever! Absolutely ZERO customer service skills. Very rude people. I walked in and stood at the front desk for 5 min before someone acknowledged me. I told her I wanted my eyebrow threaded and she said it'll be a few minutes so I sat down in the waiting area for 10min (this whole time she was speaking in her language with a customer whose hair she was doing). Then she turns to me and says I can go sit in one of the threading chairs. So I did. She continued having a conversation with her customer and completely ignored me for another 10min. 20+ minutes of waiting and being ignored was enough for me. I can't believe how rude she was. I am never going back to that garbage place again. If it's possible to give them NO STARS I would. They don't even deserve a star, they deserve less than that. I ended up walking out because I just couldn't take being disrespected like that. Smh

  I love the way they thread my eyebrows. I have had mine microbladed and they take great care to make sure the shape is right. Everyone I have dealt with there has been friendly and polite.

  I went after work for threading. She took less that 5 minutes. I was puzzled because the lady before me been there for at least 10 minutes. The top of my eyebrows are not aligned and blotchy. I felt unwelcome and hurried! Never again. Get what you pay for i guess.

  hair cut/colour, pedis, waxing, and threading. (Noted they do a lot of walk-ins for threading which they do quite promptly).

  I had not been there for several years and the girls still remembered me and greeted me warmly. I was very happy with the haircut and colour I had done. They were so organized, I was able to have a pedi done while my colour was setting.

  I went to New Touch for years, and it was always the same... the ladies don't really pay attention to you, and make no effort to understand or be understood. They are more interested in their overly loud conversations with each other, often across the shop, never in English, and always in one of your ears, or both. They have even made me wait 10-15 minutes while they finish their tea, in an empty shop. For some ridiculous reason, I kept going there, even though I never really liked, and sometimes hated, my haircut. I finally gave up on them, after being made to wait 15 mins, again in an empty shop.
