  Horrible experience! I have been getting waxed for so many years and never had such an unpleasant experience. Kiran was rude and did a horrible job. She lied and said that there was one person ahead of me, but there was actually 4. Super rude and condesending. I will never return

  There’s marks on my face with the wax. The lady does not know how to wax at all. She put wax around my eyes, which your not suppose to do and by my lip she left a huge mark. Never going there again

  I did facial waxing there. It's horrible customer care and scratches, bruises and pain all over my face . No one go there please. They ruined my wedding because they messed up my face

  Simply the worst. First they tell you to wait for a while, and after that they simply refuse you for haircut since they are in bad shape. Well, I came here for a haircut so, I dont think that the statement is valid. No one's gonna go there to just check that their hair is okay.
