    Unfortunately the service is also very slow, I often see customer service representatives standing around although there are long line ups out the door . I am not impressed and will be choosing a different branch in the future.

    I made the mistake of booking an rrsp appointment here, the individual I spoke with was 25 minutes late for the meeting (because she decided to have an extended lunch) she walked in completely unprepared and uneducated on the topic.
