  Save yourself the stress and don't join this location. The staff are so rude as soon as you walk through the door and they hold you plastic membership card until you do that useless fitness assessment, one of the girls wouldn't let me into the gym because I didn't have my schedule with me to book the assessment! This is crazy I don't know how they can treat paying customers like this. The equipment is dirty its covered in gum, the machines are old and very limited. The bathroom is filthy two out of the three toilets are always clogged. To makeup for the lack of A/C they have fans all over the place and those white sanitary napkins and gym equipment are lying around everywhere. The management needs to step in and do something about this place. One thing I am happy about is that I can take my membership to Club16 and use their facility I am much happier there, it is always clean and spotless.

  Shame on she's fit. I got pregnant couldn't come to the gym and asked them to reimburse but they refused. being a woman's only gym they should know the things woman go through. I was expecting to go back after having my baby but this gym doesn't deserve a penny from me.

  The staff are friendly and caring. The manager takes a personal interest and is extremly helpful.

  The worst GYM hours on the planet! Saturday until 4 and Sunday until 1pm???? Don’t fluff it up by saying you’re saving money by closing early. That’s not true. Other SF AND TLF clubs are opened later and to join, it’s the SAME price. Time for a change! You’ve been doing this too long and time to adapt schedules around your CLIENTS not employees!
