  I am an extremely UNSATISFIED customer. This is the first and the last time I will ever do business with M S Rainbow Fashions. I live in Seattle, WA and went to M S Rainbow Fashions on Thursday, January 23rd, 2014 and had the worst custom...er experience ever!!! I dealt with Simi, who claimed to be the store manager; however, later to find that she's truly the store owner. After trying on several pieces, I ended up selecting two salwaar kameez that needed alternations. One of the pieces in specific needed to have the sleeves added to it and needed to be fitted approximately three inches on both sides. Simi took my measurements; however, never measured my shoulder width in order to make the proper adjustments required to the piece. Simi assured me that the alterations would be complete and accurate within 48 hours. Simi left a voicemail for me on Saturday notifying me that all alterations have been completed and that I can drive back up to the store to pick up my suits. I spent all day on Sunday driving back up to the store to pick up my outfits. Upon my arrival, Simi had stuffed both my outfits into a trash bag which looked like ball causing them to be very wrinkled and one of the outfits had a small tear on it. I pulled out the pieces from the bag wanting to try them on in the fitting room to see how the alterations came out and noticed that the alterations were totally mishandled and unprofessionally done. The sleeves were not added to one of the pieces and the alterations were not done properly. The alterations absolutely looked terrible! My blind baby brother could have done a better job than what M S Rainbow Fashions did for me. When I told Simi that the alterations looked awful she told me that the store had no one there to be able to fix the damaged suits and sent me down the street to another one of Simi's clothing stores who had a tailor on sight. When I got to the new store, the lady tried fixing the outfits but did not have a sewing machine on sight or any proper material to perform an alteration. The lady told that it would be impossible to fix the outfit that same day as there was too much damage that had already been caused to the outfit. I asked the lady to contact Simi to explain to her the situation. Simi said that there was another tailor that could possibly fix the outfit but she would have to undo what the original tailor did and start all over. This person was not available and would end up having to mail me the outfit to avoid having me drive up to Surrey, Canada for the third time!!!! Simi promised that she would contact me on Monday to provide me with status on the alternations. I received no phone call from Simi therefore I called her and she said told me that "not only was she not going to make the alternations and she was going to keep the outfits and not return my money." Buyer BEWARE..... Simi nor M S Rainbow Fashions is not a person or business to be trusted and will take advantage of you given the opportunity. I would suggest NEVER doing business with M S Rainbow Fashions. The women in the store are conartists and very deceitful people.

  Worst service ever!! she was soo rude, was texting all the time I was in store looking for dress. Didn't help me at all and when I asked her something she didn't bother to answer.

  The worst was wanting a custom outfit for my sister wedding drove all the way down from Seattle I asked her what would look good on my body type and she pointed me out to some pieces and had my make a custom piece I had paid her 500 dollars to make a nice suit and it turned out completky opsiste !!! Well she charged me a lot for a suit that I hated and demanded me to pay more for the finish product! The worst!!! Place this shop
